TrueShape Jawline / V-Line & Chin Feminization

Male vs. female jaw and chin
Wider, squarer, more prominent jaws and chins read as masculine; a rounder, smaller, more delicate and pointed jaw-chin area reads as feminine — the basis of what’s called “V-Line” surgery.
A very feminine jawline creates a soft V-like shape when you trace a line from one jaw angle, down to the chin, and back up to the other jaw angle — the reason this procedure is known as V-Line surgery.
Jaw & Chin STM (non-surgical Soft Tissue Modification)
Non-invasive treatments that reshape the fat, muscle, and skin along the mandible. They usually complement V-Line bone surgery, but can also be done as stand-alone procedures.
Jaw Angle STM
Botulinum toxin injected into the masseter muscle reduces its size and volume — narrowing the jaw angle. About 40–50% of the reduction is permanent, and the treatment can be repeated as needed.
Jowl STM
Liposuction along the jawline and chin gives the lower face a more defined, fresher, and feminine appearance.
Buccal Fat STM
Fat deposits in the buccal area are removed through a small incision inside the mouth, creating a smaller, more feminine lower cheek.
Double Chin STM

When is V-Line (bone) surgery right for you?
V-Line surgery redefines the lower face when these masculine attributes are present:
- Square or U-shaped jawline
- Wide, prominent jaw with a defined, visible jaw angle
- Bloated or “chubby” cheeks
- Double chin, short chin, elongated chin, or wide chin
The goal is a smaller, slender, feminine V-shaped profile — addressed by reshaping the jaw angles, jaw width, mandible body, and chin.
